I offer counselling therapy where I can provide a safe confidential space where we can explore and reflect on the challenges you are facing. Enabling you gain a deeper self awareness and understanding of any issues that are going on in your life.
It’s essential that you feel able to connect in a way that you feel most comfortable. I am available to see you online or in person. I offer one-to-one counselling therapy working face-to-face but also providing the opportunity to engage using either video technology online or on the telephone.
